• With its handmade condenser capsule fine-tuned by sE's engineers, its advanced electronics, its rugged metal enclosure, and attenuators and low-cut filters, the X1S has the sound and features you expect from a serious high-end studio mic - but at a fraction of the price.
• Where the original X1 was powerful, the redesigned electronics in the X1S deliver performance on a whole new level - with the highest dynamic range in its class. The advanced electronics have also improved the sensitivity of the microphone, increased SPL handling (up to 160dB!) and given rise to a huge reduction in self-noise.
• The built-in attenuators (-10dB and -20dB) and low-cut filters (80 Hz and 160 Hz) provide increased flexibility, allowing you to record loud instruments at close range and filter out low-frequency noise.
• The X1S comes with a microphone clip that fits onto any microphone stand, but it is also available in a package with more equipment.
